Kitchen had some grime around the stove and microwave. Fifth room: Stained furniture and sheets. Floors in bathroom and kitchen were sticky. Fourth room: Smell was kinda musty and didn't ever really go away. Third room: Had the least amount of smell to it of all the rooms I stayed in. I think the smell was coming from the garbage disposal, which had crud in it. Second room: Had a slight funky smell, but it aired out within a couple hours. I ended up requesting a new room due to the smell was making me sick and making my clothes stink. This room dishes were also dirty (food bits and greasy fingerprints on them) and there was a heavy amount of grime around the stove.

After airing at the room (leaving the windows open for over 24 hours and fan on high), the smell didn't go away. First room: Had a very strong fishy top ramen smell. I've stayed in 5 different rooms now and I can tell you that they're not all created equal. However, this hotel definetely has some issues and it surprises me how highly this hotel is rated. They're the only reason I'm giving a 3/5. The best thing about the hotel are its employees- they're very kind and helpful. The options in the Fort Hood area are pretty slim. It was the best kid party we could have asked for our son.Īlso just a PSA, when you book, I highly encourage you to go in instead of calling so that you are able to see the place and know what to book.Ultimately, for the price point it's not a terrible hotel, especially if you want a furnished kitchenette. I want to say thank you to everyone that day who helped in our son’s party. I can’t express to you how awesome the party was but all the kids in the party were over the moon as well as all the adults. I do have to also say that their cook Isah did a hella good job. He informed me about all the pizzas and when they would be out.

They helped and kept checking on us plus their GM Scott was on top of it. Not only did the three amazing hosts (Jade, Jahcory, and Nyasia) do an awesome, their managers Lyric and Miah were the BEST. It was PACKED! We had 20 pizzas, 10 pitchers, ton of water for our guests. We had a huge party over there with over 60+ people (36 kid jumpers) on a Saturday. Where do I begin? Let me tell you all, please book your kiddo’s party at the Killeen Urban Air.
